Booking Requirements
- Minimum Notice: 2 weeks for small events, 4 weeks for large events (150+ guests)
- Deposit: 30% non-refundable deposit required to secure booking
- Final Payment: Due 3 days before event date
- Guest Count: Final count must be provided 5 days before event
- Cancellation Policy: Full refund minus deposit if cancelled 14+ days before event
