5. Final Details

Confirm all details 7 days before your event

6. Event Day

We handle everything while you enjoy your celebration

Booking Requirements

  • Minimum Notice: 2 weeks for small events, 4 weeks for large events (150+ guests)
  • Deposit: 30% non-refundable deposit required to secure booking
  • Final Payment: Due 3 days before event date
  • Guest Count: Final count must be provided 5 days before event
  • Cancellation Policy: Full refund minus deposit if cancelled 14+ days before event
