Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance for small events and 4-6 weeks for large events, especially during Ramadan and wedding season.
Q: Do you provide service staff?
A: Yes, we provide professional service staff for buffet service and can arrange additional staff as needed.
Q: Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
A: Absolutely. We can prepare vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and nut-free options upon request.
Q: Is all your meat halal certified?
A: Yes, all our meats are certified halal and sourced from trusted suppliers.
Q: Do you travel outside of Markham?
A: Yes, we serve the entire Greater Toronto Area including Toronto, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Scarborough, and Mississauga.
Q: Can we do a tasting before booking?
A: Tastings are available for events with 100+ guests. A small fee may apply which will be credited toward your final invoice.
Q: What if we need to change our guest count?
A: We understand plans change. Please provide final guest count 5 days before the event. We can accommodate increases up to 10% of the original count.
Q: Do you provide tables, chairs, and linens?
A: We focus on food and service, but we're happy to coordinate with rental companies on your behalf.
